What to include

Include the email address linked to your account and a short description of what happened. For generation issues, include your browser and device, approximate generation time, selected resolution and aspect ratio, and any error message you saw.

Please remove private information, customer data, unreleased campaign assets, or rights-sensitive material from screenshots before sending them.

Privacy and deletion requests

If you want to access, correct, or delete personal information, use the subject line "Privacy Request" and explain what you would like us to do. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
